How does the design consultation process work?

We bring the showroom to you. We visit your home to measure your windows and let you look at samples in your actual lighting. This is crucial because colors look different in your living room than they do in a store. We help you choose the right product, give you a price on the spot, and there is zero pressure to buy right then.

Do you use your own installers or sub it out?

We use our own trained installation team, no random subcontractors. Our installers are specialists in our products, work professionally, and leave your space clean when they're done.

Is there a charge for the estimate?

No, our estimates are completely free. We provide in-home consultations at no cost, giving you accurate measurements and personalized recommendations with no obligation.

How long does it take from ordering to installation?

It depends on the product. Some shades can be ready in a couple of weeks, while custom plantation shutters might take a bit longer to fabricate. We will give you a transparent timeline during your consultation so you know exactly when to expect us.

Motorized Blinds That Shape Comfort and Style

Window blinds do more than cover glass. They set a room’s mood, protect your privacy, and frame the views that drew you to the coast. We treat each project that way. We offer high-quality blinds and window treatments tailored to your windows, your light, and your taste.

Our selection runs from natural wood grains to crisp painted finishes and easy-care materials that stand up to humidity and salt air. Prefer a tap over a pull cord? Smart blinds answer to your phone, and automated blinds follow the schedule you set, so comfort becomes part of the design.

Your treatments should look intentional and work smoothly every day. Many clients choose automatic blinds for bedrooms. We also design motorized shades in Indian Rocks Beach for those who love a softer fabric profile. We bring samples to your home so you can compare them in your own light.

Style, Privacy, Light Control

Blinds give you precise command of daylight. Tilt the slats to cut glare and bounce sun toward the ceiling. Close them for privacy, or open them wide to the water. Shades offer a softer, standalone look, and slats give finer adjustment. With us, electric window blinds in Indian Rocks Beach make that flexibility feel effortless.

Materials & Configurations

Every style has a role. Horizontal blinds suit classic window layouts. Vertical blinds glide across wide panes and sliding glass doors. Faux wood captures a timber look with easy upkeep in humid rooms. Real wood adds natural warmth, and vinyl stays affordable and simple to clean. We match each choice to its room.

Motorized Convenience

Motorization makes your windows part of a connected home. You can open your motorized blinds from an app, a remote, or a voice assistant. We also offer cordless designs that protect kids and pets. Schedules lower shades at peak heat to save energy. Away-mode scenes keep your home looking occupied while you travel.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ron with Sapphire Shades & Shutters was great. We built a new house in Florida and wanted motorized insect screens on the back balcony. Ron came out and measured while the house was still under construction and showed us sample screens, frames, etc. We opted for insect only screens with black tracks to match the house. He also made suggestions on how to hide the motor and cassette that holds the screens at the top.

We contracted with him, but had to wait until the stucco was on the house for him to do final measurements. No problem for Ron. I called him back once the stucco was on and within a couple of days one of his guys came out to do the final measure and they placed the order. I think it was 2-3 weeks to get the screens produced and then they came and installed them. The installer was obviously very knowledgeable and friendly. After install he showed us how to use the remote and how to adjust the screen positioning (if that ever became necessary).

I would totally use Ron and Sapphire Shades again in the future! 5 Stars!

His installer. “Eric” was terrific and got our shades up in no time. So very happy with the outcome and they were very price competitive compared to some big named companies. I’d highly suggest them for your shade needs.
